Morrison & Morrison, P.A. is a professional association of consultants for government services, engineering-adjacent project work, and federal contracting. We write and manage federal proposals. We respond to RFPs and RFQs. We run program and project management. We represent small businesses before the SBA and inside the federal supply chain. Contract consulting, subcontracting support, and professional services sit on the same desk.
